3D Visualiser/ 3D Designer

Roles and Responsibilities
- Using 3D modeling, texture, mapping, and other techniques to create graphics, visual effects, and animations.
- Collaborating with Animators and other artists and attending meetings to discuss ongoing projects.
- Understanding the project requirements and conceptualizing creative ideas.
- Creating storyboards to visualize scenes and create a realistic environment for movies, games, and other visual effects.
- Receiving feedback from Directors, Animators, Designers, and clients, and editing your creations based on the comments received.
- Develop 3D designs for new products.
- Review and enhance 3D designs for existing products.
- Manage documentation of both new and revised 3D designs.
- Understand the project requirements and develop high quality designs accordingly.
- Develop design layouts for complex projects using Computer Aided Design (CAD) tools.
- Develop primary sketches and models for final selection of product designs.
- Review 3D designs and provide recommendations.
- Select materials, engineering standards, and generic parts for 3D product designs.
- Present designs to clients and internal teams clearly.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
- Develop product information packages including drawing specifications.
- Creating 3D sculpts and assets to meet artistic standards.
- Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.
- Meeting with clients, Designers, and Directors to discuss and review projects and deadlines.
- Create and manage digital assets
- Interpret concept art and sketches to create virtual characters, environment and props
- Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions and other technical constraints
- Prototype and iterate on models and characters based on feedback from team members
- Create textures and UV maps
- Optimize, refine and correct model geometry
- Rig models and characters for animation
- Work with artists, animators and programmers to execute projects on time
- Keep abreast with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modeling tools and technologies
- 3D artists need a talent for art and a strong understanding of color, texture, and light, and how these elements work together
- Strong working knowledge of industry-standard software of 3D design and animation tools such as 3DS Max, Zbrush, V-Ray, SketchUp, AutoCAD and Maya.
- Willingness to remain up-to-date on the latest creative software and hardware.
- when working on projects with tight deadlines, the ability to prioritize tasks is essential to a 3D artists job
- using computer software and editing programs is a key part of this role. Should have strong computer skills and must stay on top of the latest technologies and techniques to remain an asset to employers
- 3D artists should have a collaborative personality and be able to work with other members of the team, such as designers or developers
- A creative mindset is essential to being a successful 3D artist. This job requires brainstorming new ideas on a regular basis and strategizing ways to stand out from the competition
- An eye for detail and good visualization skills
- Ability to take feedback and make changes as required
- Extensive knowledge of character design, rigging, skinning etc.
- Some familiarity with animation techniques
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills.
- An eye for composition, realism, texture, color, and lighting.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Excellent time management skills.

Nice to Have
- Image editing software (Adobe Photoshop)
- Animation software (3D Max, Autodesk Maya)
- Some scripting experience will be an added bonus
- Depth Knowledge about Adobe CC, Print Design, Typography, CSS, Web Design, Photography, Branding.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
