**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of complex technical solutions using Java Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) and Reltio MDM.
- Oversee the integration of MDM Architecture into existing systems to ensure seamless data management and consistency.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices in software development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure timely resolution and mínimal impact on project timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all technical processes and solutions.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to align technical initiatives with business goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all technical implementations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that meet business needs.

**Qualifications**
- Have a deep understanding of MDM Architecture and its role in data management and governance.
- Show proficiency in Reltio MDM and its implementation in various business scenarios.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
