This is a remote position.

**Strong Testing Fundamentals**: A solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. This includes knowledge of test planning, test design, test execution, defect tracking, and test reporting

**Test Automation Skills**: Expertise in test automation concepts and frameworks. This includes experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks, maintaining test scripts, and integrating tests into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

**Problem Solving Abilities**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify, isolate, and troubleshoot issues encountered during test execution. The ability to debug test failures and identify root causes is crucial for maintaining a reliable and stable test suite.

**Attention to Details**: A meticulous approach to testing, paying close attention to test coverage, test data, and test results. A Cypress tester should be thorough in identifying and reporting defects and ensuring that all necessary validations are included in the test scripts

**Collaboration & Communication**: Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, product managers, and stakeholders. The ability to clearly communicate test findings, issues, and progress is vital for successful collaboration.

**Continuous Learning**: A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in the testing and automation field. This includes exploring new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve testing processes and efficiency

**Time Management & Prioritization**: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple testing tasks, prioritize work effectively, and meet deadlines. A Cypress tester should be able to balance testing efforts with project timelines and deliver high-quality results in a timely manner.

**Adaptability and Flexibility**: The ability to adapt to changing project requirements, technology stacks, and testing approaches. A Cypress tester should be flexible in their approach and open to learning new tools and methodologies as needed

**Requirements**:
