**Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive loan sales growth.

3. **Product Knowledge**: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our loan products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and terms to clients.

4. **Sales Strategies**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.

5. **Market Research**: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.

6. **Lead Generation**: Utilize various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing, to generate leads and expand the customer base.

8. **Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and company policies related to lending practices, data protection, and customer confidentiality.

9. **Performance Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management review.

**Qualifications**:
1. Minimum 12th passed with good communication skills.

2. Basic English.

3. Basic Computer knowledge require
