**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Associate will be responsible for handling incoming and outbound calls from customers/Patients.
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about doctor schedule, hospital services, book and cancel appointments, or obtain details of complaints.
- Follow up with patients regarding their health and doctor checkups.
- Register and answer patient inquiries, resolve complaints and provide services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM.
- Handle all the complaints of customers and pacify them.

**Requirements:

- **
- Any Graduate/Preferably Science Graduate
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service.
- Should be Good in English, Gujrati & Hindi

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
