**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct structured and engaging cricket training sessions for children and young players.
- Utilize bowling machines and other training tools effectively to enhance player skills.
- Develop customized training programs based on individual player needs.
- Ensure sessions are conducted safely, maintaining proper equipment and protocols.
- Work independently with high energy levels.
- Manage time efficiently, ensuring punctuality and well-organized sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **4 years of coaching experience**, preferably with children.
- Proven ability to train and develop young players with patience and enthusiasm.
- Strong technical knowledge of cricket, including batting, bowling, and fielding techniques.
- Ability to work **evenings and weekends** as per training schedules.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Certification in cricket coaching (NCA, BCCI, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience working in structured cricket academies or school programs.
- Ability to inspire and build confidence in young players.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
