**Job Role/Title**: Graphic Designer (Implementer/Sr./Lead)

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing designs for print and digital media using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Elucidat.
- Collaborate with client teams, including SME, content creators, and developers, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
- Develop and design graphics, layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements that align with the brand's style guidelines.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail while ensuring consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
- Managing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance design capabilities.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance the visual impact of projects.
- Collaborate with client and internal teams when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe CC, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Elucidat is essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering Error-free projects.
- Familiarity with different file formats and specifications for both print and digital platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web design tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of **Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)** tool would be an added advantage.
- Experience in eLearning domain and cross-functional knowledge (E.g., knowledge in domain of content writing, instructional design, etc.) is highly desirable.

**Experience Requirement**:

- **Lead Graphic Designer** - 8+ years of relevant experience with excellent communication skills, client interaction experience, mentoring and guiding team, ensuring quality and timeliness, coordinate with PMs and cross-functional teams, etc.
- **Sr. Graphic Designer** - 7+ years of relevant experience with good communication skills, team handling experience, review of team’s output with focus on quality output, etc.
- **Graphic Designer/Implementer **- 5+ years of relevant experience with zeal to explore new tools, platforms, etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
