Property and Asset Management
**What this job involves**:
Develop communication strategy & plan to drive engagement and change management within the organization, tying together multiple communication touchpoints (e.g., Newsletter, townhalls, intranet site, etc.)
Research, write, edit, design, and publish internal communications with an obsession for quality, accuracy, and aesthetics (eDMs, posters, videos)
Design and deliver communications and stakeholder engagement plans, including the identification and definition of methods and channels to drive the behavioural and organizational changes
Create clear, concise and timely communications that convey key messages tied to business/company goals and foster employee understanding and commitment.
Measure communications effectiveness. Advice and counsel others on effective internal communications strategies and tactics
The role requires strong connectivity with stakeholders across the firm and the voice of the customer, coupled with consistent, creative delivery of internal activation and marketing efforts.
Work closely with regional and global counterparts to localize and implement best practices in India

**Experience**:
3+ years of experience in Marketing or communications
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent written and oral communications skills
Portfolio of work demonstrating the ability to tell complex stories in relatable terms
Project management skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
**Reporting**:
You will be reporting to the Property Manager.
