A telecaller is responsible for gathering leads and producing sales by speaking with prospective and current customers over the phone. Their duties include gathering information from the target market, following up with customers to provide new products or services and documenting customer feedback for follow-up actions.

- Telecallers discuss with potential customers to inform them of the company’s offerings and services. They ensure the prospects are aware of the brand along the journey and influence them to enter the sales funnel. Additionally, they engage with existing customers to collect data on the impacts of the company’s merchandise or services, which they subsequently relay to the relevant divisions to improve the user experience. A telecaller may also carry out the following tasks:

- Experience: 2 years
- Age: 18 to 40
- Qualification : Any degree
- Salary : 12000 to 20000 per month
- Gender : Only Female
