**Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and user experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to continually iterate and improve designs
- Create high-quality illustrations, icons, and graphics that visually enhance the user experience
- Develop and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX and illustration skills

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and illustration
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design, illustration, and visual storytelling (please provide a link to your portfolio)
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex design challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
