**Job Title: Telecaller**

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services. You will engage directly with clients, address their queries, and assist them in making informed decisions. The position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calling**: Contact leads generated from various sources to introduce and promote our products or services.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and providing relevant information.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade prospective customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.
- **Data Entry**: Accurately record customer interactions, calls, and sales information in the CRM system.
- **Follow-up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather valuable customer feedback to assist in improving products/services and refining sales strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
- **Persuasion Skills**: Strong ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
- **Listening Skills**: Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; basic computer skills are essential.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
