**Job Title : QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE - (Textile / Garment)**

**Office Location**: Vasai Road

**Education**: Any degree related to Textile or Garment.

**Experience**: Min. 3 -4 years in Quality Control.

**Working**: Monday to Saturday

**Industry**: Textile Industry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Preparation of Various Quality report as per QMS, Method statements as per technical specifications.
- Monitoring site quality activities as per the Client specifications & Artwork.
- Provide the best solutions in terms of quality and cost saving in the construction period.
- Coordinating with site in-charges and consultants regarding the progress of work.
- Documentation of all quality related correspondences, Tests reports and certificates etc.
- Coordinate with quality inspections with all the Client and vendors, coordinate all non destructive testing on site.
- Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters. Coordinate all receipt inspections.
- Verify that the quality related activities are in accordance with the applicable codes, Artwork or as per Customer requirement and standards.
- Participate in the internal and external audits related QMS.
- Control all non conformance, areas for improvements - reports and undertake remedial action.
- Compete site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
- Review the customers specification and undertake relevant training with department head.
- Should check every artwork after receiving order & as per artwork caps should be ready
