**About the role**:
We are looking for a **Junior Accounts Executive** to join our team. The selected person must be an expert in **Finance and Accounting.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**1. Day-to-Day Accounting**:

- Handle routine accounting tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Execute payments to clients and vendors on time.

**2. Financial Transactions**:

- Record journal and bank entries accurately.
- Maintain ledgers and ensure data integrity.

**3. Reconciliation**:

- Perform bank reconciliation and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct party/vendor reconciliation.

**4. Software Proficiency**:

- Utilise working knowledge of Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
- Proficient in Tally or any online accounting software.

**5. Taxation and Compliance**:

- Manage taxation, including GST and TDS filings.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

**6. Balance Sheets and Financial Statements**:

- Play a key role in the preparation and finalization of balance sheets.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.

**7. Financial Analysis**:

- Report on the company's financial health and liquidity.
- Contribute to Management Information System (MIS) reporting.

**8. Database Management**:

- Reinforce financial data confidentiality.
- Conduct database backups when necessary.

**9. Timely Payments**:

- Ensure timely invoice generation and payment follow-ups to maintain financial liquidity.
- B. Com + Tally.
- Well groomed, soft-spoken, disciplined.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Young and dynamic individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and a self-starter.
- Able to work in an international environment and support multinational clients.
- Comfortable working, Mon to Sat
- 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.

**People with two-wheelers will be preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
