**Job Title**: Cath Lab Technician
**Qualification**: Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in cath lab technician or relevant qualification.
**Experience**: Minimum 2 Years.
**Job Location**: Narayan Medical College & Hospital, Jamuhar, Sasaram, Bihar.
**Roles & Responsibility**:
- Coordinate emergency activities in medical emergencies or crisis situations.
- Deliver evidence-based care in collaboration with inter-professional teams.
- Manage admission, transfer and discharge of patients.
- Manage transition of care coordination within and between teams and across settings.
- Monitor near-misses and error report information and initiate improvement strategies and action plans to improve patient safety practices.
- Monitor performance of nurses in patient care activities and/or delegated tasks.
- Participate in clinical risk and quality improvement initiatives and activities.
- Provide supervision to junior nurses in the development of individualized health education plans.
- Recognize early signs and/or deterioration of patients' condition with appropriate physiological assessments and observations.
- Review clinical performance of nursing students and new nurses.
- Review existing infection control and prevention practices to identify areas of improvement.
- Use available benchmarks to evaluate patient safety practices at the department level.
