Social Media Assistant

Objective: Social Media Assistant - line of communication between Automated pros and the public

Roles and responsibilities:

- The engagement specialist is in-charge of building positive relationships with public/ potential customers that will translate to traffic and sometimes sales.

By engagement on communities, external blogs, Quora, reddit and social media accounts with insightful & entertaining comments and interactions with an objective to drive traffic back to our digital assets.
- They must be open to reach out to clients correspondence, interaction to offer products and services, discuss specifications, and perform follow-ups, answer inquiries and address issues and concerns.

Overall, be the frontrunner towards enhancing our web presence..

Desired skills
- Ability and interest to interact on social media & blogs (in the form of comments especially)
- Innovative thinking, Interested in learning new things.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Able to work independently in remote workplace / environment
