**Key Responsibilities:Billing Management**:

- Generate and process customer invoices based on sales orders, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Verify pricing, quantities, and delivery charges to ensure accurate billing.
- Work with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies or customer disputes.
- Prepare billing reports and assist with financial reconciliations.
- Maintain an up-to-date record of all invoices and billing documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to minimize delays in cash flow.
- Monitor payment statuses and send reminders to customers as needed.

**Warehouse Operations**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving.
- Ensure products are correctly stored, labeled, and organized to optimize warehouse space and facilitate easy access.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Coordinate and supervise the receipt of incoming shipments and the dispatch of outgoing orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and report discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure that all products are packaged appropriately and according to company standards before shipment.
- Supervise warehouse staff and provide guidance on best practices for inventory control, stock rotation, and safety.
- Implement and enforce health and safety procedures in the warehouse.

**Cross-Department Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to billing or warehouse operations.
- Work with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely stock availability and order fulfillment.
- Liaise with the finance department to reconcile invoices and ensure that any discrepancies are promptly addressed.
- Provide reports and updates to management regarding billing accuracy, inventory levels, and warehouse performance.

**Qualifications & Skills:Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in billing, warehouse management, or supply chain roles.
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and billing software.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles related to billing and invoicing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
