Urban Planner

GoMassive is looking for an **Urban Planner **for its **Nirmal Agra Project** where the job is to design public facilities and collection centers to ensure maximum compliance. He/She is required to provide design inputs related to urban planning and propose new designs to ensure maximum waste collection.

Nirmal Agra Project has been undertaken in collaboration with Agra Nagar Nigam, AEPW, TARA, etc., to manage the city-wide plastic waste collection & processing.
- You shall be 25-35, Bachelor’s / Master’s in Urban Planning (preferable) / Environment / Sustainable Development, with about 1-2 years of relevant experience.   

You are sharp, ambitious, possess good technical understanding of urban planning, waste management, and related issues, and have excellent coordination & documentation skills.

**Detailed Job Profile**
- Design waste bin systems to capture plastic waste
- Do Landscaping programs to capture waste and design walking trails
- Maintain project pending lists and meeting agendas - ensure they are according to the project's requirements.
- Collaborate & liaison with representatives of external agencies.
- Assist in tracking & documenting project deliverables.
- Conduct research & feasibility studies on urban planning, waste management and related issues.
- Help prepare research reports, policy briefs, technical reports, etc.
- Provide administrative coordination support to Project Head on the assigned project.
- Work with project managers to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for projects.

- Have good understanding of Urban city design Challenges in India
- Excel at handling challenges and have passion for sustainable urban planning & clean environment.
- Have good communication & organizational skills.
- Are a problem solver and can identify issues & develop solutions.
- Have relevant experience of working at some Waste Material Recovery Facility - it is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Are a good team-player and can collaborate with others involved in the project.
- Can expertly cultivate & manage relationships with senior/prominent external parties including business partners, governments, NGOs, communities, etc.
- Have a flair for writing succinct reports and making solid presentations.

Contract: Full-time

Reporting to: Project Head

Salary Range: INR 4.5 - 6.0 LPA

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
