Gen AI Senior Engineer:
Design and develop AI and machine learning algorithms and models that meet business requirements
Develop scalable and efficient algorithms and models that can be deployed in production environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop AI solutions to address them
Build and maintain data pipelines and infrastructure to support AI solutions
Evaluate and improve existing AI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy
Develop and maintain documentation for AI-based solutions
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and machine learning
Develop and implement best practices for data management and model training
Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Conduct experiments and analyses to evaluate the performance of AI solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field
5 - 8+ years of experience in AI and machine learning
Proven track record of designing and developing AI solutions in a production environment
Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
