**Job brief**

**Responsibilities**
- “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Collect payments from existing customers
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory **Requirements and skills**:

- Minimum 3 years Field sales experience required with Agriculture Industry.
- B.sc (Ag), M.sc (Ag) Preferred.
- Two Wheeler and Driving Licence must.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated and driven

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
