Key Responsibilities:
**Inventory Management & Stock Control**
- Maintain accurate records of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Implement ERP/stock management systems to optimize inventory levels.
- Conduct stock audits, cycle counts, and physical verifications to prevent discrepancies.
- Monitor stock movement, reorder levels, and shelf-life of aerospace consumables.
**Store Operations & Logistics**
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of materials per safety standards.
- Manage incoming/outgoing materials, coordinating with procurement and production teams.
- Oversee receiving, inspection, and dispatching of goods for timely availability.
- Maintain an organized warehouse layout for efficiency.
**Purchase Coordination & Vendor Management**
- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely material replenishment.
- Verify purchase orders (POs), invoices, and goods received notes (GRNs).
- Work with vendors to resolve discrepancies, returns, or quality issues.
**Compliance & Documentation**
- Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, AS9120, and aerospace industry quality standards.
- Maintain records of material receipts, consumption, damage reports, and waste disposal.
- Follow safety protocols and hazardous material handling regulations.
**Data Analysis & Reporting**
- Use data analytics to monitor inventory trends and minimize stock variances.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities in store operations.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
**Experience**:Minimum 2 years** in inventory/store management, preferably in aerospace, defense, or industrial manufacturing.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of lean inventory management, FIFO, and stock optimization.
- Understanding of logistics coordination and warehouse operations.
**Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
