**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble and fit together components and parts according to engineering drawings and specifications to construct pharmaceutical machinery and equipment.
- Perform precision fitting and alignment of parts to ensure smooth operation and functionality of machinery.
- Install and commission machinery at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functioning in accordance with specifications.
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks during the assembly process to identify and rectify any defects or discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs or adjustments to machinery as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve design or manufacturing issues and improve product quality and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including assembly processes, component inventory, and maintenance activities.
- Assist in the training and development of junior fitters and apprentices as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Fitter, with a strong background in mechanical assembly and fitting, preferably in the pharmaceutical machinery manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues independently.
- Familiarity with a variety of hand and power tools used in mechanical assembly and fitting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in workmanship, with a commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and maneuver heavy machinery and components. Willingness to travel occasionally for installation and commissioning projects at customer sites.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and customers.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience working with pharmaceutical machinery or equipment.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
