**Job Description - Store-Incharge**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods according to company policies.
- Maintain accurate stock records and monitor stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to verify stock quantities and identify discrepancies.
- **Stock Control**:

- Ensure all items are properly labelled and stored in designated areas to prevent damage or loss.
- Monitor stock movement, stock value calculation including issuance, receipts, and returns.
- Organize products in a systematic way for easy retrieval and accurate order fulfilment.
- **Order Fulfilment**:

- Prepare and pack goods for outgoing orders based on requisitions and project demands.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Process orders and update inventory management systems accordingly.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain records of inventory, including goods received, issued, and current stock.
- Prepare and submit reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and any inventory-related issues.
- **Safety and Maintenance**:

- Ensure the store or warehouse is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of materials, tools and equipment.
- Ensure that all storage areas are well-maintained and that products are stored in accordance with safety standards.
- **Communication**:

- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Report stock shortages, damages, and other issues to the relevant authorities promptly.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Store keeper: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- Malayalam (preferred)
- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Ernakulam, Kerala (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
