Responsibilities

1. Manage the End - to - End Freight Forwarding Process, including coordinating shipments, booking cargo space, preparing shipment documentation, & tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery

2. Establish & Maintain Effective Communication with clients, Suppliers, & Transportation providers to provide updates, resolve issues, & address any concerns related to freight forwarding operations

3. Ensure accurate preparation & verification of shipment documents, such as bills of landing, commercial invoices, & customs documentation. Comply with applicable international trade regulations & customs requirements

4. - Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, & freight agents to negotiate rates, secure capacity, & resolve any service-related issues. Develop & maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to optimize transportation services.

5. - Monitor & analyze freight costs, including transportation fees, customs duties, & Other related expenses. Identify cost-saving opportunities & implement strategies to improve operational efficiency

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field will be Preferred / Any Graduation

2. Experience Requires Minimum 1 Year

3. Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills

4. Software experience:

- CARGOWISE (preferred)

NOTE:

- This is a Night Shift Job (Canada Time shift)

Full-time

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift
