- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting care provided and any changes in the patient's condition. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to patient documentation.
- **Patient Education**: Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and necessary lifestyle modifications. Provide support and guidance to patients during their healthcare journey.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond effectively to medical emergencies, including assessing situations, implementing appropriate interventions, and seeking assistance as needed. Stay informed about emergency procedures and protocols.
- **Quality Improvement**: Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes. Identify areas for improvement in nursing practices and contribute to ongoing quality assurance efforts.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with advancements in nursing practices and healthcare technology. Participate in continuing education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹8,668.98 - ₹39,445.95 per month
