- **Maintaining Records**: Organizing files to collect information for future use and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information.
- **Generating Reports**: Creating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
- **Confidentiality**: Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies.
- **Responding to Queries**: Addressing queries for information and accessing relevant files.
