Preparation of material requisition for transmission to Base Office for procurement.
- Preparation of work orders and related documents.
- Receiving and issuing of materials.
- Checks and reviews material delivery receipts against actual deliveries and raises discrepancy reports if applicable.
- Daily SAP transaction recording.
- Provides and maintains daily reports of receipts and issues.
- Checks cargo manifest and ensures that all incoming and outgoing materials/equipments have proper documentation.
- Monitors daily inventory of consumable items and prepares the necessary requisition documents on schedule.
- Housekeeping.
- Assist the crane operator and or other personnel on board for minor maintenance and associated activities when on an outing to the unmanned or manned offshore locations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- material controller in oil and gas: 5 years (required)

Ability to Commute:
