About The Position

We seek an experienced Network Engineer with CCNA certification and 5 years in core IT networking. The role includes managing and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Palo Alto technologies, supporting global clients, and assisting junior team members. Strong communication skills and rotating shift availability are required.

Technical and Professional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, Yii, etc.
- Must be a CCNA Certified.
- 5 Years of hands-on experience in core IT network.
- Must have good concepts of TCP/IP, and hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols.
- Technology - Cisco Switch/firewall/routers/WLC/APs, Juniper Switches, Check Point - firewalls, Palo Alto Firewalls.
- Basics of Cloud networking.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco/Juniper L2/L3 switches (Higher end switches), VLANs, STP, VTP.
- Hands-on experience on Cisco ASA firewalls/Checkpoint/Palo Alto, should have good working knowledge of STS VPNs, VPN clients, SSL VPN.
- Good knowledge of DNS, DHCP, content filtering solutions.
- Exposure to Bandwidth management devices, Video conferencing equipment’s.
- CCNP routing and switching, CCNP security is an advantage

Preferred Skills
- Avaya Telephony (Good to have basics).
- Good Exposure to VoIP.
- Interaction with global clients.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Responsibilities
- Handling Day to day Network troubleshooting, Helpdesk calls.
- Assisting junior team members for resolving technical issues.
- Willing to work in rotating shifts.

Educational Requirements
- CCNA Certification (and CCNP routing and switching, CCNP security is an advantage).
