**Job Description**:

- Perform catalyst characterization using advanced techniques such as XRD, TEM, BET, TPx and in situ spectroscopy; Conduct kinetic studies, reaction mechanism analysis, and structure-performance relationships for catalyst improvement.
- Develop new catalytic route to address environmental issues as well as improvement of process efficiency of steel plant.
- Ensure compliance with environmental standards and contribute to sustainability goals.

1.Designing and execution of catalysis research project according to the requirement of the organization
2.Lab scale and large-scale execution of research projects
3.Managing and handling of advanced research equipment’s in chemical (catalyst) synthesis and characterization field
4.Collaboration with operations people to support daily operation
5.Collaboration with academia and startups for development of new technology

- Managing and handling of advanced research equipment’s in chemical synthesis and characterization field.
- Proven track record in catalyst design, synthesis and testing.
- Work as a team member
