**About Us**: We are a leading events company specializing in creating memorable experiences for all occasions, from birthdays to weddings. As we expand our roots, we are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team and elevate our social media presence to new heights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Analyze social media and digital marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage and optimize the company's website, ensuring SEO best practices are implemented.
- Prepare and present regular reports on social media and digital marketing performance to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Expert knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and SEO/SEM.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. - Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging content and campaigns.
- Experience with social media advertising and paid promotion campaigns.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
