**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Associate - Trainee. In this role, you will work closely with the product management team to assist in the development and management of our on-demand products. **Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies, roadmaps, and feature prioritization for our products.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to gather requirements, define product specifications, and ensure timely delivery of product releases.
- Support the product management team in conducting user research, analyzing customer feedback, and translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Help define and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases to guide the development process.
- Assist in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring product quality and usability.
- Participate in product launch activities, including creating product documentation, training materials, and marketing collateral.
- Track and analyze product performance metrics, user engagement, and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and inform product decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape to contribute innovative ideas and ensure our products remain competitive.
- Support the product management team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree from a top college/university, preferably in a technology-related field or business with a strong technical aptitude.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, preferably in an Agile environment.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in SaaS products and the software industry.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as spreadsheets, project management software, and collaboration platforms.
- Prior experience or internships in product management, software development, or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
