We have urgent opening for Store Assistant for Gurgaon location. Please go through the details:

Job Discerption as under
- 1-prepare packing list of all packed material.

2-pick invoice from account department and take signature of authorized signatory on the invoice.

3-Tally with pick list and invoice copy before material dispatch.

4- invoice details mail to concern person for Road permit/ E-sugam.

5-prepare all dispatch related document like invoice photocopy, road permit and mention on envelope no of boxes, Gross weight, dispatch mode with transporter name, amount, customer name.

6- call to concern transporter for pickup material.

7- received L. R copy from transporter and check box, weight, dispatch mode, invoice no, road permit no.

9- all road permit record daily mention in register.

10- Generate JCB barcode.

11- Dispatch report send on daily basis to concerned person

12- Stock mention on sales order.

13- all invoice copy ,Docket copy & item availability sheet file properly.

14- register mentioning properly of all customer dispatch.
