Job responsibilities:
**Quality Framework**
- Setting a benchmark for quality expectations and maintaining a high standard of quality for all deliverables in content writing & copywriting.
- Identifying lapses in quality and proactively improving overall content quality through scalable quality frameworks.

**Writing & Storytelling**
- Write simple, effective copy, website content, and marketing materials adhering to Vahak’s brand guidelines. Also, write long-form digital content that meets project goals as per need, whenever required
- Be a storytelling strategist to ensure that each content project is clear and compelling—that the story flows logically, the phrasing is dynamic and conversational, the overall content project will be perceived by target audiences as high-quality and high-value, and the content will achieve the specified objectives

**Liaisoning & Vetting**
- Engaging periodically with external agencies/freelancers and internal writers to set quality expectations and respond to and resolve queries from writers.
- Vetting content pieces to ensure factual accuracy, depth of research, domain expertise, and quality of language before delivery.

Briefing & Preparation
- Collaborating with the Content team to create briefing materials, such as concept notes, writing guidelines, and quality frameworks
- Creating execution strategies for content writers and editors in collaboration with the Content Head
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills, with advanced knowledge of applied grammar.
- Experience in managing teams of editors and handling queries.
- A good understanding of content writing, content marketing, and SEO
- Hands-on contributor with 5+ years of copywriting and editing experience.
- Strong proofreading skills with utmost attention to detail
