**Experience
- **2 years to 5 years

1. **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons following the IBDP physics curriculum.
- Adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.

2. **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.
- Provide individualized support to students who require extra assistance or challenge.
- Encourage student-led discussions, research, and investigations to promote independent learning.

3. **Assessment and Feedback**:

- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to guide their progress and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to moderate and standardize assessment practices.

4. **Lab and Practical Work**:

- Organize and supervise laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Guide students in designing experiments, collecting data, analyzing results, and drawing meaningful conclusions.
- Emphasize the importance of scientific inquiry and the development of practical skills.

5. **Technology Integration**:

- Incorporate educational technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Utilize simulations, interactive software, and online resources to illustrate abstract concepts visually.

6. **Professional Development**:

- Stay current with developments in physics education, IB curriculum changes, and educational pedagogies.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
