**Job Summary**

**I.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**:
The Franchise Coordinator is responsible and accountable for all Franchise processes and administrative responsibilities as described below.
- Assume administrative duties for the Franchise Development Department and supervisor.
- Maintain the Franchise Development department s calendars and schedules.
- Assist with ranking incoming franchise owner leads in the contact management system.
- Assist with completing mail merges and all other mailing and shipping functions.
- Arrange and participate in department meetings, including securing the meeting space, developing the agenda and coordinating meeting details.
- Update reports, track number of total franchises and training credits.
- Track and order as needed all inventory and supplies for the Franchise Development Department.
- Create letters, forms and spreadsheets, as needed.
- Prepare franchise agreements, releases, amendments and process incoming fees.
- Maintain and update the Franchise Development website.
- Responsible for contact management system functionality, issues and communication.
- Responsible for timely disbursement of legal documentation related to franchise ownership.
- Track and obtain all outstanding paperwork from prospective and new franchise owners.
- Be the Franchise point person for the intranet. Ensure all information is up to date and all resources are organized and uploaded.

**II.QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma or the equivalent required.
- Five years of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Salary range-20000 to 25000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
