**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated **OT Technician** to join our healthcare team. The OT Technician will be responsible for preparing the operating room, assisting surgeons during procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety in the operating theater.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Preparation of Operating Room (OR)**:

- Set up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies before surgery.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and meets safety standards.
- **Patient Care**:

- Assist in the transfer of patients to and from the operating table.
- Position patients appropriately for surgical procedures.
- **Support During Surgery**:

- Provide assistance to surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses during surgical procedures.
- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team as required.
- **Sterilization and Infection Control**:

- Maintain sterility in the operating room at all times.
- Clean and sterilize instruments and equipment post-surgery.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and maintain stock levels of surgical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of used and damaged items.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Adhere to infection control protocols, health, and safety regulations.
- Report any incidents, hazards, or malfunctioning equipment immediately.
- **Education**: Diploma/Certificate in OT Technology or related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as an OT Technician preferred.
- Knowledge of surgical instruments, procedures, and sterilization techniques.
- Strong understanding of infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
