**About the Role**:
As a Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our healthcare team, contributing to the well-being of patients by managing pharmaceutical inventories, dispensing medications, and providing expert drug information. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals, patients, and stock personnel to ensure efficient and accurate medication services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Audit pharmacy stock for all hospital departments.
- Manage daily physical verification of stock against computer data.
- Identify and manage short-expiry medicines.
- Oversee non-moving medication stock.
- Raise pharmacy requisition slips based on departmental needs.
- **Medication Dispensing**:

- Dispense medications accurately as per prescriptions and indents.
- Maintain appropriate records and stock management for dispensed medications.
- **Customer Service and Sales**:

- Sell and manage over-the-counter (OTC) products.
- Build positive relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Interact with sales representatives regarding customer care activities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Licensed B.Pharm/D.Pharm degree or equivalent, registered with the Gujarat Pharmacy Council.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to patient care and medication safety.
