**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Proper Checking and Posting of accounting voucher (like Purchase, Sales, Bank and Cash transactions etc)
- Ensure about periodic reconciliation of Debtor and Creditors & Ageing.
- Ensure that all transactions recorded correctly in appropriate ledger, Cost center, etc. on timely basis
- Settlement of open transaction in Ledger accounts
- Preparing Vendor payment aging list
- Providing Data / Information / Audit Schedules for Internal and External Audit and ensure timely completion of the same
- Ensure timely booking of monthly expenses and their comparisons with past period
- Assist in meet timeline of monthly / quarterly / yearly closing
- Customer Accounting & Reporting: Responsible for end-to-end and timely accounting and reporting of all transactions that have a touch point with the customer and it Includes but is not limited to the following
- Revenue transactions (involves Accounting of invoices, debit notes, credit notes, deposit, payments etc)
- Refund Processing to customers
- Other Adjustment entries
- Monthly Balance report with Ageing Analysis
- Reconciliation between invoicing system and financial system
- **Compliance**:

- TDS Monthly and Quarterly Filing, Must have strong knowledge on TDS

GST Returns, Monthly, Quarterly, Annual, E-way bill

Advance Tax Computation

Payroll Management, PF/ESI, PT filling, monthly and annually
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Must have 2 - 4 years of experience
- Strong in compliance knowledge
- Well versed with MS Office, Tally, etc
- Should have an eye for detail

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasai, Maharashtra, Vasai - 401208, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
