**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Delivery and Lesson Planning**:

- **Student Assessment**:

- Provide constructive feedback on students' strengths and areas for improvement, focusing on language proficiency and literary comprehension.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create and maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Foster a supportive atmosphere where students feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and ideas in Hindi.
- **Language Development**:

- Help students improve their Hindi language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, writing, and comprehension.
- Encourage students to read Hindi literature, including short stories, poems, and plays, to expand their knowledge and language proficiency.
- **Literary Activities**:

- Organize and encourage participation in literary events such as debates, essay writing competitions, and poetry recitations.
- Promote the importance of Hindi as a language of expression through creative writing, storytelling, and other activities.
- **Exam Preparation**:

- Provide guidance and support to students in preparation for board exams, focusing on important topics and exam strategies.
- Help students improve their writing skills, including essay writing, letter writing, and comprehension.
- **Support for Struggling Students**:

- Provide personalized help to improve students' language skills and understanding of complex concepts.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated on the latest teaching methods, trends in Hindi literature, and language education.
- **Parent and Teacher Collaboration**:

- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress in Hindi and offer suggestions for support at home.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure the overall academic growth and development of students.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic progress, and assignments.
- Participate in school meetings, academic discussions, and curriculum planning.
