**Social Secretary to the Chairman**:
Opening for an Indian Conglomerate

Location - Delhi / NCR

Gender Preference - Female

Experience Required - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.

Salary range upto 30 Lacs PA

**KRA’s for the Job -**
- Arranging functions hosted by Chairman at his Residence
- Liaising with guests and residence staff in arranging functions
- Preparing and sending invitation cards
- Preparing guest lists, seating plans and place cards for each function
- Proposing menus for each function
- Seeking cost estimates for functions and events
- Calculating and providing cash advances
- Welcoming guests at functions
- Updating information in the contacts database
- Maintaining an accurate inventory of supplies at the Residence and ensuring adequate supplies are on hand at all times
