Assists BAKER by performing duties in bread-baking department: Carries and distributes supplies, such as flour and baking pans.
- Mixes, kneads, or shapes dough for bread, rolls, muffins, or biscuits.
- Cuts dough into uniform portions.
- Greases pans used to mold or bake breads and lines pans with waxed paper.
- Places pans of dough into oven to bake.
- Removes baked products from oven.
- Cleans bakery utensils, equipment, and work area.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
