**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Lesson Planning and Implementation**: Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that meet the educational needs and interests of pre-primary students.
- **Classroom Management**: Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel valued and secure.
- **Child Development**: Support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of each child through structured activities and play.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Regularly observe and assess children's progress and development. Maintain accurate records and communicate findings with parents and other staff members.
- **Parent Communication**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents. Provide regular updates on children's progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- **Health and Safety**: Ensure the classroom and play areas are clean, safe, and conducive to learning. Follow all health and safety protocols.
- **Professional Development**: Stay current with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- **Collaborative Planning**: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to develop and coordinate activities and programs that enhance the overall educational experience.
- **Classroom Supplies Management**: Maintain an inventory of classroom supplies and materials. Ensure that all resources are used effectively and replenished as needed.
- **Behavior Management**: Implement positive behavior management strategies that promote respect, cooperation, and responsibility among students.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
- Previous experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
