Work Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within the medical device

industry or a similar regulated manufacturing environment.

Salary 2.00 - 4.00 LPA

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a

related field.

Preferred Industry Any Manufacturing

operations for a respected area

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of assemblers and sorters in the

production process, ensuring adherence to work instructions,

SOPs, and quality standards.
- Allocate tasks and manage daily workload distribution to meet

production targets.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to new team

members, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assembly and

sorting processes.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure finished products meet

quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

and ISO standards specific to medical device manufacturing.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly, and work with

the Quality Assurance team for resolution.
- Monitor and adjust workflows to improve efficiency, reduce

downtime, and maintain consistent output.
- Track production metrics, including output rate, defect rate,

and resource utilization, to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with process engineers and management to

develop and implement process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate production records, including daily output,

defect rates, and any deviations from standard procedures.
- Prepare and submit reports on production performance,

quality issues, and personnel matters to management.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of assembly

components and tools, coordinating with inventory control

teams for replenishment.
- Ensure all equipment and tools are in good condition, and

report any maintenance needs promptly

Required Skill Set: - Familiarity with GMP, ISO 13485, ISO 15378 regulations, and

medical device manufacturing processes.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, work instructions,

and quality standards.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP/MRP

systems is a plus.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional

collaboration.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
