**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect loan amounts from existing customers.
- Achieve minimum sales targets for loan collections.
- Offer and provide group loans to eligible customers.
- Identify potential customers for group loans and explain loan policies

to group members.
- Create and submit collection reports on time.
- Collect and forward loan files to the relevant departments.
- Submit collection amounts and sheets accurately.
- Manage travel allowance sheets.

**Qualification & Experience**:

- _**Age Limit**:_ 23 to 35 years
- _**Gender**:_ Male or Female
- _**Minimum Qualification**:_ SSLC (Secondary School Leaving Certificate)
- _**Experience**:_ Freshers/ experienced.
- _**Skills**:_ Must have good communication and negotiation skills.
