**Position Title: Social Media Executive**

**Overview**:
As a Social Media Executive, you will develop and implement online marketing strategies, manage social media accounts, create engaging content, analyze performance metrics, and grow followers to enhance brand awareness and drive website traffic and sales.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Social Media Executive, some key responsibilities include:
1. Managing social media profiles: Maintaining and updating the company's social media presence across various platforms.

2. Designing and conceptualizing content: Creating visual content, graphics, and videos to support social media campaigns.

3. Copywriting and content creation: Writing engaging captions, posts, and articles to communicate the company's message.

4. Personal branding: Establishing and maintaining the personal brand of key executives or thought leaders within the company on social media.

Additionally, a Social Media Executive may also be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing social media strategies
- Engaging with followers and responding to comments and messages
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics
- Running social media ads and campaigns
- Staying up to date with industry trends and platform changes

**Requirements Skills**:
**1. Design skills**:

- Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, and other graphic design tools
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
- Basic animation skills (e.g., Canva, Powtoon)

**2. Communication skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to craft compelling captions, posts, and stories

**3. Social media expertise**:

- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Knowledge of social media advertising and analytics tools

**4. Content creation skills**:

- Ability to create engaging, high-quality content (posts, images, videos)
- Understanding of content calendar management

**5. Analytical skills**:

- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics
- Ability to track engagement, monitor trends, and adjust content strategy accordingly

**6. Soft skills**:

- Time management and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and platforms

**Working Days: Monday to Saturday**

**Shift Timing: - 9:30AM-6:30PM**

Salary**:20,000 to 30,0000**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
