**Who You Are**

You are a passionate, detailed-oriented building professional with interest in Model authoring, Digital Twins for Lifecycle management, reality capture, and spatial data. You are looking to join a small, nimble and collaborative team, that is working to take BIM to the next level by integrating it with the management processes of large organizations and their design teams. You are flexible and interested in growth and in pushing the boundaries of how we manage the built environment.

**Requirements**:

- Building field related Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient user of Autodesk Revit.
- Awareness of how BIM standards are used to meet deliverables
- Understand the key principles of reality capture
- Strong oral and written communication skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Author models from 3D scans and 2D drawings using lean Owners' BIM methods.
- Stay current and up to date on new technology developments
