**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage updates to company’s proprietary database as assigned, including updating fields, uploading

documents, and generating documents.
- Deficiency reporting for documents.
- Generate draft services agreements and statements of work out of IntelAgree contract management

tool.
- Manage updates and uploads to other databases to be determined, as needed by operations teams.
- Learn and understand billing functionality in ARCHER’s proprietary database and create billing rules

for each new project.
- Assist with other administrative special projects as needed.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Skills**:

- 2-5 years of experience in operations
- Proficient with EXCEL
- Proficient English verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills

**Qualification**:

- Graduate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
