**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of the operating room for surgical procedures, ensuring all equipment and supplies are sterilized and readily available.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to provide safe and effective patient care during surgical procedures.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist the surgical team in maintaining a sterile environment in the operating room.
- Administer medications and intravenous fluids as directed by the attending surgeon and anesthesiologist.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative education and support to patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record system.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction in the operating theatre.

**Qualifications**:

- Registered Nurse license of Maharashtra State
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum of 1+ of experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in a mother and child care setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills
