Distribution Planner

Role Description: Distribution Planner

**Role purpose**:

- Keep stations with sufficient stock at all time
- Accountability for role in positive P&L for In House Fleet trucks
- Owner of HSSE targets & compliance within distribution together with operations managers
- Accountable for efficient fleet planning performance metrics (Drop size, load size, productivity etc)

**Main responsibilities and tasks**:

- Ensure precise, cost effective fuel supply planning and lowest unit cost delivered for the trucks planned.
- Planning indicator summarization, analyses and reporting
- Fulfil operational goals and objectives to achieve optimal fleet planning metrics (HSE, Load size, drop size, productivity, P&L (in house) etc)
- Liaise with Supply or sourcing and execute on actions to ensure efficient value chain at all times.
- Handle calls and address operational issues during shift.
- Cooperate with other units in the company to gain planning improvements
- Support improvement projects or new systems implementations as needed.
- Show immediate reaction and suggest solutions to customer complaints ***

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years minimum relevant experience from logistics and operations planning
- Experience in call handling
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- Good compute, mathematics and analysis skills

**Education**:

- University degree or equivalent
- Long experience within relevant work can compensate for lack of formal education
- Strong mathematical and analytics skills evident in education.

**Other information**:

- Shift work might be required to cover all times of the operations in rotation**.**

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
