**Production Management**:

- Oversee daily production activities for sauces and chutneys.
- Ensure production schedules are met and adjust as needed to accommodate changes.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to manage raw material supplies and ensure they meet quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Monitor and maintain product quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and address any potential hazards.
- Train production staff on safety procedures and proper use of equipment.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
- Analyse production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
