- Greet and welcome guests and clients with a warm and professional attitude
- Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately
- Handle front office operations including managing the reception area

- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
- Assist HR and Admin teams with basic clerical tasks as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk area

**Requirements**:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Prior experience in a front desk/receptionist role is preferred

**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday (1st & 4th Saturday Holiday)

**Job Type**: Full-time
